1. Your agreement with the seller
Stock Car Franchise is a stock car racing team-management game provided by Joshua Vanslette (the seller). You are contracting with Joshua Vanslette for use of the game. By accessing or continuing to use the game, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Game access and accounts
The game is free to play on a signed-in account. Optional one-time purchases provide Legendary Coins or in-game cash; no purchase or recurring subscription is required to play. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Your licence is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable; it is not ownership of the game or its software. Permanent access remains subject to these terms and the continued availability of the service.
Keep your account credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. In-game currency, driver cards and rewards are gameplay items, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Races are simulated; this is not a wagering service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the game for unlawful activity, fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property or other rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; perform unauthorised scraping; disrupt the service; or exploit bugs to circumvent account or gameplay limits. You may not resell access, redistribute the software or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law permits.
4. Intellectual property
Joshua Vanslette retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and original branding. Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners. You retain rights to content you provide, such as your team name, and grant only the permission needed to store and display that content to operate the game.
5. Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. This purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.
6. Availability and responsibility
The game may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free performance is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
Joshua Vanslette may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, you will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue. An approved refund may reverse the currency associated with that purchase; access to the free game does not depend on buying currency. Account or access termination does not override your statutory rights.
8. Personal data and changes
See the Privacy Notice for how personal data is handled. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention where required by law and will not remove existing statutory rights.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms, your access or your purchase can be sent to Joshua Vanslette at joshuavanslette@gmail.com. Payment, receipt and refund enquiries are handled by Paddle as described in section 5.
