Refunds for optional currency purchases
Stock Car Franchise is free to play. Optional Legendary Coin and in-game cash bundles are sold by Joshua Vanslette through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Historical game-access purchases remain eligible for provider review. Refunds are handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its request periods, applicable consumer protections and handling of digital purchases. That policy is incorporated here by reference rather than replaced with a separate seller refund window.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and use the purchase support options to request a refund. Have your receipt, order details and purchase email address available so your transaction can be located. Paddle will review your request and communicate the outcome and any applicable processing times.
After a refund
A refund reverses the relevant purchase and may result in reversal of its currency. The game remains free to access. Refund processing and the time it takes for funds to appear depend on Paddle and your payment method. Nothing in this policy restricts rights you have under applicable consumer law.
